Reservations
To make a reservation, we require the following:
1. One-half (50%) of the total amount due (rental rate + cleaning fee + tax); We will accept personal check, cashiers check, money order or credit card via PayPal (note: An additional 2.9% service fee will be charged if paying by credit card).
2. Signed Rental Ageement.
3. Full payment (remaining half) with a seperate $500 refundable damage deposit is required 60 days prior to occupancy.
4. Prefer weekly rentals for Condo Monday to Monday or 3 night minimum (check-in 4PM / check-out 11AM).
