Reservations

To make a reservation, we require the following:

1. We will accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Credit Card, personal check, cashiers check, money order.

2. Signed Rental Ageement.

3. Full payment of balance is due upon check-in.

4. Fall/Winter Holidays and Events are subject to a 50% rate increase:
    - Thanksgiving (November 27-30, 2008)
    - Christmas/New Years (December 24, 2008 - January 4, 2009)
    - Winter Fest: Fire and Ice (January 16 -18, 2009)

5. Minimum night stay as follow:
    -Peak summer season: two nights minimum for weekends
    -Memorial Day - three nights minimum
    -Fourth of July Weekend - three nights minimum
    -Labor Day Weekend - Four nights minimum
    -Thanksgiving/ Christmas/ New Year - two nights minimum

6. 10% to qualified members of AAA, AARP, Active Military and Government Employees

7. Check-in: 3 PM. Check-out: 10 AM.
