QUALIFIED RENTERS MUST BE 23 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
Chelan Vacation Rentals, LLC (CVRLLC) is proud to the rental management agent for Chelan Resort Suites and we hope you enjoy for stay. We appreciate your patronage and would like you to have a great vacation experience. All rental units at Chelan Resort Suites managed by Chelan Vacation Rentals, LLC (CVRLLC) are individually owned and furnished according to the tastes and preferences of the owner. In advance we appreciate your attention to and respect for the owners of the unit in which you are staying. A signed Rental Agreement is required for all rentals.
Rental Agreements stipulate that the use of a unit at Chelan Resort Suites is limited to; the agreed upon calendar dates, number of people listed on the Confirmation, that Smoking is Prohibited on the premises, that Pets are not allowed on the premises and that housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The use of tents, campers and motor homes are not allowed on the premises.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is no earlier than 3:00pm at the Owner/Guest Services office. An early check-in time may be requested but may not be granted depending on the ability of housekeeping to prepare the rental unit for your arrival.
Check-out time is no later than 10:00am. A later check-out time may be requested but may not be granted depending on the ability of housekeeping to prepare the rental unit for the next guest. A late check-out fee equal to the nightly rental rate plus tax will be charged if the granted checkout time is not observed. Should the Guest fail to vacate the rental unit and cannot be contacted via telephone, a CVRLLC employee or agent may be dispatched to the rental unit to remove personal belongings and bring them to the Owner/Guest Services office. Guest agrees to indemnify and save CVRLLC, its employees and agents, free and harmless to any claim of liability for damage or loss of Guest’s property. Guest also agrees to pay CVRLLC a packing charge of $50.00 plus tax plus any late checkout charges.
Guest agrees to follow the check-out procedure posted in the rental unit. This includes removal of all garbage to the outside receptacles. Leave the kitchen clean with all dishes washed and put away. Used bath towels are to be placed in the shower/tub of the bathrooms. Strip the sheets and pillow cases off all the used beds and place them on the respective beds. The following will be charged to the Guest’s credit card on file if not complete: Garbage removal - $25.00, extensive carpet cleaning $95.00. Note: There will be no additional charges to the Guest’s credit card if the rental unit is vacated undamaged and inventory intact.
RENT:
Reservations will be confirmed with the payment of the first night’s rent. A deposit equal to one night rental will be charged on your credit card, or, if not valid the reservation will be automatically canceled. In addition a $350 authorization may be applied to your credit card in lieu of a security deposit. The balance of the rent is payable upon check-in. The first night’s rent must be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card. The balance of the rent, due upon check-in, may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card or cash. You must present the same card used for the deposit upon check-in so that signature verification may be made.
The signed Rental Agreement is required prior to taking occupancy of your rental unit. The guest will not be allowed occupancy without this document. Acceptable methods of transmitting this important document are U.S.mail, email, or fax in order to ensure the completion of your reservation.
A 24-hour courtesy hold is available without obligation. However, once you have provided your credit card information and are given a confirmation number, your reservation is guaranteed and subject to all cancellation fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made after the reservation deposit has been received but within 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the reservation deposit.
DAMAGES:
Renter hereby authorizes Chelan Vacation Rentals, LLC {CVRLLC} to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repairs, replacement, services, telephone charges or extra cleaning for all damage, breakage and/or loss incurred during his/her stay.
TAXES:
Chelan County base sales tax is 8.57%. The City of Chelan has a Motel/Hotel tax of 3%. Therefore an 11.57% will be added to the nightly rate for the rental unit.
OCCUPANCY:
The occupancy of the rental unit shall not exceed the stated number of occupants on the Confirmation, unless agreed to by the Guest Services staff. Occupancy limits will be STRICTLY enforced and anyone exceeding maximum occupancy limits will be subject to eviction.
PERSONAL DECORUM AND NUISANCES:
Because Chelan Resort Suites is primarily family oriented and because it the right of owners and guests to expect to use the premises in quiet enjoyment, it is requested that everyone respect the general "quiet attitude", showing respect for the rights of others and exercising reasonable and controlled behavior when using the Common Areas. All gatherings in units should be quiet by 11:00pm. Large receptions and parties are not allowed and guests not adhering to these rules may be evicted. Eviction will result in the forfeiture of some or the entire rental amount.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Housekeeping services are not provided during your visit but may be arranged for an extra charge. Each unit has a washer/dryer. Bath and swimming pool towels are provided, however beach towels are the responsibility of the Guest. Fresh linens can be provided for a fee during your stay.
PARKING:
There is one assigned parking space per rental unit (some units have 2 spaces), located in the secured underground parking garage. Please park in your designated stall (s), not in another unit’s assigned space. Be sure to have your parking permit visible from your rear view mirror at all times while on the premises. Cars without permits or parked in the wrong space are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Public parking is available within walking distance of the premises.
SMOKING AND PETS:
Smoking and pets on the premises is PROHIBITED, NO EXCEPTIONS. Violation of this policy will result in eviction and forfeiture of all paid rental fees.
REPAIR NEEDS AND/OR EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL:
It is the Guest’s responsibility to report any malfunctioning appliances and/or broken equipment or furnishings to Owner/Guest Services office. In the event of a malfunctioning appliance (TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer etc), Chelan Resort Suites will make every effort to see that repairs take place in a timely manner during your stay. No refunds for inoperative appliances, which were repaired or replaced in a timely manner, will be offered or expected. In addition, it is the guest’s responsibility to be aware that natural "Acts of God" (smoke from forest fires, snow, rain, wind, etc) occur. No refunds for natural "Acts of God" that do not affect the ability to use the rental unit will be offered or expected
EVICTION POLICY:
Guest’s may be subject to immediate eviction from the rental and removal from the premises for the following infractions:
- Smoking inside the rental unit or on the premises, including balconies or patios.
- Pets on the premises.
- Number of unit occupants exceeding the number of contracted guests.
- Complaints of noise, loud music, foul language or otherwise disturbing the peace.
- Use of tents, campers or motor homes on the premises.
- Any other behavior/activity deemed inappropriate by the management in its sole desertion.
If any of the above occurs it will result in the forfeiture of some or the entire rental amount.
HOLD HARMLESS:
Guest and all members of Guest’s party hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chelan Vacation Rentals, LLC, Chelan Resort Suites, the represented property owners, its agents and employees from and against all claims, demands, loss, liability of any kind and character, including cost of defense, arising out of or in any way connected with the rental of any unit or units at Chelan Resort Suites. This includes, but is not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury, damage or loss of property that might occur against any Guest, their family or friends. Chelan Vacation Rentals, LLC and represented property owners are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
